The Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) is the largest student-run organization at the The University of Pennsylvania Law School. APALSA is an organization committed to providing its members with the necessary tools and support they need to ensure a successful and holistic learning experience at Penn Law.

With its mentor/mentee program, job-search and journal writing competition workshops, course outline database, and effective studying seminars, APALSA enables a smoother acclimation process for first-year students.

APALSA also sponsors and participates in various outreach events, public interest forums, minority conferences, and community fundraisers to not only encourage Asian-American awareness in the Philadelphia and Tri-State areas, but to facilitate a hands-on interaction between law, public policy, and social change. In addition, with its extensive network of alumni members across the country and world, APALSA gives current members the contacts and guidance they need to further their legal and professional careers upon graduating from Penn Law.
