A room block has been reserved for attendees under the Asian Pacific Law Students' Association. Rates are $159/night and each room can fit up to four people. ALL registrants MUST call to reserve a room by JANUARY 15th in order to secure the rate. Any calls after January 15th are subject to first-come, first-serve and the $159/night rate is NOT guaranteed.

We will provide housing subsidies for registrants who are coming in from outside of the greater Philadelphia area. If you qualify, please request a housing subsidy on your registration form. If approved, we will reimburse one room, one night (Saturday) for every two registrants. If you are in a large group and would like to stay four to a room, we will reimburse both nights. Note that the housing subsidies are limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis (based on when you register) and priority will be given to those who choose to stay more than two to a room.

Travel

Individuals will pay on their own and travel subsidy reimbursements will be provided as according to our policy below. Travel reimbursement forms need to be filled out and will be provided upon arrival at the conference. Please save all receipts in order to receive reimbursement.

Policy: People traveling from outside the Mid-Alantic region (defined as farther than NYC or DC) may submit travel expenses for a subsidy. Individuals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (we estimate subsidies may run between $50-100)
